Your 14-day cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it and return unused, unopened items for a refund. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wax melts and bars cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return postage where applicable.
How to return

Subscriptions
You can pause or cancel your Luxury Box any time from your account. Boxes already dispatched can’t be cancelled, but you won’t be billed for future boxes once cancelled.
